Acrylic paint on stretched canvas. Who doesn’t love The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou?! Based on one of my favorite Wes Anderson movies, I named this piece for what I felt it represented - Kandinsky meets Steve Zissou. After painting the background, the wonderful hues of blue, I found myself creating some of the line work while watching the movie and was inspired by the imagery. Notice The Legendary Jaguar Shark!
